Payment Methods
- Payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the Sangakutaro-Shop before or after the tour. However, all other payments (lunch, bus, cab, etc.) except for the tour participation fee and equipment rental fee must be paid in cash.
- You can pay your guide in cash on the day of the tour (if you need a receipt, please pay at the Sangakutaro-Shop).

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation charges will be incurred for cancellations made by the customer except in the case of flight or ship cancellations. (100% on the day of the tour, 70% the day before, 30% 2-14 days prior, 10% 15-30 days prior)
